Anthony Kostallas O.D.

Dr. Anthony Kostallas received his undergraduate degree at Queens College of the City University of New York. He earned his Doctor of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry (SCCO) in 1978. He received his Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPA) certification in the state of California in 1999. He has been in private practice for almost 30 years. He has extensive experience in the treatment of eye disease, LASIK co-management and contact lens fitting.
He enjoys helping his patients and encourages students with studies, thus he's involved with the Kurka Fund and Sight For Students program. In his spare time he enjoys sports activities, especially volleyball, traveling, home remodeling projects, and volunteer work for church fundraising.

Eve Rodriguez

Office manager & optician since 1985 with retired Dr. Morris and now with Dr. Kostallas. Has always been involved with helping the community--such as being the Legislative Ambassador ACT Lead for the American Cancer Society since 2006-present. Serves as school liaison for St. Matthias elementary school. Proud mother of two children. She was nominated in 2007 for "Woman of the Year." She's also an assistant Girl Scout leader for 10 years now. Enjoys and loves everything that she is involved in.
